Individual Sessions


Individual sessions are recommended for those who need individual support for their self-knowledge process and for overcoming life’s difficulties.

Sessions are based on breathwork (a breathing method developed from rebirthing), on bodywork aimed to release psychosomatic blocks, and on talking therapy (the counseling phase) aimed to bring awareness into our deep inner mechanisms in order to overcome them.

In specific, I combined the inner inquiry method I practiced at the Almaas’ Diamond Heart School (www.ridhwan.org) with the somatic experience of Breathwork and of body contact I learned from bioenergetics and dynamic meditation methods.

Who can take advantage of Breathwork Counseling? It’s recommended for people who are experiencing individual or relational problems in their life; for those suffering from anguish, tension, stress; for those who lost “a sense of direction” and are willing to regain a more fulfilling, authentic, creative life, through re-discovering their essential qualities.

The individual sessions include a 20 minutes informative free talk, to ascertain if this counseling is consistent with one’s expectations.

In affirmative case, a 10 session’s program will be scheduled.

If necessary, it could be renewed. Each session lasts around one hour and a half.
