In my path towards awareness I’ve been attending Osho Meditations and Workshops since 1991 (www.osho.com), and the Almaas’ Diamond Heart School since 2000, in the USA and in Italy (www.ridhwan.org).
I’m a Breathwork Teacher and Counselor qualified at the Insight Breathwork School in Milan, Italy, directed by Milena Screm (www.insightformazione.it).
